Antibody Discovery Scientist Job Description: 1Responsible for antibody screening, preparation, and identification, as well as related work such as antibody testing and evaluation. 2Responsible for establishing experimental methods required for screening, including experiments such as ELISA, FACS, and HTRF. 3Responsible for antibody engineering, including humanization, developability optimization, affinity maturation, construction of bispecific and multispecific antibodies, etc. 4Responsible for the culture of required cells and the construction of stable cell lines. 5Assist project leaders in completing work related to the initiation, implementation, and summary of R&D projects.
Qualifications: 1Major in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Structural Biology, Immunology, Pharmacology, or related fields, with a Master's or doctoral degree. 2Proficient in related experimental skills such as molecular cloning, cell culture, protein expression and purification, ELISA, and flow cytometry analysis. 3Possess solid experimental design and data processing capabilities, and be able to review literature to solve technical problems. 4Be rigorous and down-to-earth in work, have a strong sense of responsibility, be good at communication, and possess teamwork spirit.
