Position Overview
The Antibody Engineer will design and assist in the development of both traditional and next-generation biologics, including monoclonal antibodies, bispecific antibodies, T-cell engagers (TCEs), engineered cytokines, multifunctional antibodies, and antibody-drug conjugates (ADC) / degrader-antibody conjugates (DAC). This role involves extensive collaboration with CROs, oversight of experimental design, data interpretation, and guiding therapeutic candidates from conceptualization to preclinical validation.
Qualifications
PhD or equivalent work experience in Biological Sciences, Protein Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related field.
Experience characterizing antibody-based biologics.
Strong record in managing CRO relationships and experimental design.
Strong background in protein engineering, molecular biology techniques and/or structural biology.
Deep understanding of antibody biology, molecular engineering, and related technologies.
Experience in antibody characterization methods (e.g., SPR, BLI, ELISA, flow cytometry).
Ability to manage multiple external collaborations effectively.
