ground-up medical, tenant improvement (TI), commercial, industrial, and manufacturing projects
across Kentucky and Indiana and are looking to bring on an experienced
Project Manager
to oversee and deliver complex builds. industrial/manufacturing projects with process piping systems
, as well as medical, TI, and commercial builds Review design documents, RFIs, submittals, and change orders, ensuring accurate project documentation Provide leadership in risk management, safety compliance, and quality control Mentor junior staff, fostering a collaborative and professional project environment What you’ll need: 9+ years of progressive construction experience, including at least 4 years in a project management role Proven background in
industrial/manufacturing projects
, along with medical/healthcare TI and commercial builds Strong technical understanding of construction disciplines (mechanical, electrical, piping, etc.) Experience with Procore and Microsoft Office; scheduling software proficiency a plus Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million-dollar budgets and complex schedules Excellent communication and leadership skills OSHA training and a valid driver’s license required If you’re an experienced Project Manager with
