Our Client has been a trusted name in Arkansas commercial construction for over 45 years! They are seeking an experienced

Project Manager

to join their team in Little Rock. They specialize in delivering high-quality

commercial (office, financial), institutional (higher ed, justice), municipal, aviation, religious, hospitality and retail projects

with a focus on integrity, safety, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities: Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field staff to deliver successful outcomes. Manage contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation. Oversee cost control, forecasting, and project financials. Provide leadership to field staff and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to company safety and quality standards. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong professional relationships.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered). 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience required. Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, scheduling, and cost management. Proficiency with project management software (Procore experience a plus). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
