Water & Wastewater (W/WW)
sector. They are seeking a highly experienced and motivated
Project Manager
to lead public works infrastructure projects across Southern California. This is a strategic hire for a division experiencing significant growth. For the right candidate, this role offers a clear path to leadership and long-term career development.
Key Responsibilities Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of public works water/wastewater projects. Manage budgets, schedules, and project teams to ensure successful outcomes. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, regulatory agencies, and contractors. Lead internal coordination across engineering, construction, and support teams. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Support business development efforts and contribute to proposal preparation.
Candidate Profile 10+ years
of experience managing public works W/WW projects, ideally within
Southern California . Strong understanding of local regulatory environments and permitting processes. Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (PE license preferred). A
driven individual
