The firm is seeking a
Project Manager
to lead municipal
water and wastewater infrastructure projects
from concept through construction. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for municipal clients, manage multidisciplinary teams, and ensure successful project delivery. Ideal candidates will bring strong technical expertise, proven leadership, and a commitment to client service.
Key Responsibilities: Lead planning, design, permitting, and execution of water and wastewater projects. Serve as the primary liaison with municipal clients, building long-term relationships. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality to ensure timely, on-budget delivery. Oversee and mentor a team of junior engineers, designers, and technical staff. Coordinate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with codes and standards. Prepare and review technical reports, engineering designs, and construction documents. Support business development through proposal writing and client presentations.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Active
Professional Engineer (PE)
license. 6+ years
of experience in civil engineering with a focus on water/wastewater systems. Demonstrated success in project management and municipal client service. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
