Actively seeking an experienced superintendent for residential projects in MN. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet all specifications and standards.
This role will require you to:
Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities to ensure project alignment and compliance.
Lead and coordinate subcontractors and on-site teams, serving as the primary contact for all field operations and issue resolution
Plan and schedule inspections, monitor construction progress, and maintain accurate daily reports and site logs to support project tracking and accountability.
What you'll need to succeed
5-7 years construction management experience
Previously worked on residential or mixed-use projects that are currently occupied.
OSHA 30 certification
Proficient in construction software (Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project, Bluebeam)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally to job sites.
