Superintendent – Commercial General Contractor (Wastewater Treatment Projects) About the Role: The Superintendent will oversee field operations on complex commercial and industrial projects, with a focus on mechanical, electrical, and piping scopes. While prior wastewater treatment experience is a plus, it is not required. What we value most is strong technical knowledge in electrical, mechanical, or piping systems and the ability to manage field crews and subcontractors effectively. Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day field operations to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, field staff, and suppliers. Interpret and execute project plans, specifications, and schedules. Enforce company safety programs and jobsite policies. Conduct regular site meetings and collaborate closely with project managers and engineers. Provide hands-on leadership to resolve field challenges quickly and effectively. Qualifications: 7+ years of superintendent or foreman experience in commercial or industrial construction. Strong background in electrical, mechanical, or piping systems (required). Experience with treatment plants or other process-driven facilities (preferred but not required). Proven track record of leading field teams and managing subcontractors.
