Summary As Product Owner for our DC Replenishment Systems, you’ll lead the translation of business needs into integration-ready solutions that enhance operational efficiency and system interoperability. You’ll partner closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to guide cross-functional integration efforts across Distribution Center systems and shape a resilient, scalable replenishment ecosystem.
Skills and Experience Proven ability to lead technical product initiatives, balancing internal system architecture with external stakeholder needs Skilled in client-facing collaboration, able to translate complex integration requirements into clear, actionable product features Experience working closely with data engineers, data scientists, and subject matter experts to refine and implement integration strategies Strong background in data transformation and pipeline design, with hands-on familiarity across tools and platforms: SQL for querying and transforming structured data Demonstrated experience designing, consuming, and integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs to enable scalable data exchange Familiarity with API management tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger, Apigee) and best practices for secure, maintainable API ecosystems Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize technical details across diverse teams and leadership levels Proficiency in Excel and dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms for reporting and stakeholder visibility Self-directed and adaptable, with a strong bias toward continuous learning, independent decision-making, and proactive project ownership Dedication to quality, testing, design processes, automation, and operational excellence Strong ability to create clear action plans for cross-functional technical team.
Nice to have: Ideally, candidates would have an understanding of AI/ML systems and experience with identifying issues with data inputs used in predictive analysis
