Multifamily TI Superintendent – Tucson, AZ
$110,000 – $125,000 + Benefits | Full-Time
We are a leading General Contractor with a strong presence across Arizona, seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee multifamily tenant improvement (TI) renovation projects in Tucson.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on construction leader with a background in multifamily renovations and either industrial or civil construction to drive high-quality results in a growing market.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead on-site construction operations for multifamily renovation/TI projects from start to finish. Manage subcontractors, field staff, scheduling, and site logistics to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery. Interpret plans, specifications, and schedules to coordinate trades and maintain project momentum. Enforce safety protocols and compliance with company and regulatory standards. Partner with project managers and clients to communicate progress, resolve issues, and deliver successful outcomes.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, preferably in multifamily renovations, TI, or ground-up projects. Strong background in industrial or civil construction is highly desirable. Proven ability to manage fast-paced renovation schedules and multiple subcontractors. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. OSHA certification a plus.
