About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Construction Manager/Estimator
to lead construction efforts across our single-family and master-planned communities. This role is pivotal in managing pre-construction activities, estimating, and overseeing sitework, road construction, and land clearing. You'll collaborate closely with our executive team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Lead construction planning, staffing, and execution across multiple projects Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships Oversee site operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Provide accurate cost estimates and drive project timelines Coordinate design-build efforts and resolve field issues Represent the company in client and vendor meetings Support value engineering and risk management initiatives What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or estimating Strong knowledge of civil engineering, earthwork, stormwater management, and utility infrastructure Proficiency in construction software (e.g., B2W, Hard Dollar, MS Project, Primavera, AgTek Earthwork) Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred) Why Join Us?
