Manage sitework projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing budgets, schedules, contracts, and compliance Coordinate grading, utilities, and paving scopes to ensure seamless delivery Work closely with Superintendents and Foremen to drive safe, productive field operations Build relationships with owners, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep projects moving smoothly Monitor progress, costs, and performance to meet schedule and budget targets Mentor field staff and support their professional growth Strong foundation in grading, utilities, or paving ~ Comfort with construction technology (P6, Bluebeam, MS Office, or similar) ~ Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred ~ Prior DOT/public project experience a plus
