This established Sarasota-based General Contractor specializes in commercial and municipal construction projects throughout Southwest Florida. With a strong portfolio of fire stations, city halls, jails, and schools, they are known for delivering complex public sector projects with precision and integrity.
As Project Manager, you’ll lead projects from start to finish, managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships. You’ll be responsible for ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery across multiple active job sites.
Minimum 5 years of experience
in commercial construction, with a strong preference for
municipal or institutional project experience
. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
