Your new role As Assistant Project Manager, you’ll support the delivery of ground-up and renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll assist with subcontractor coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and document control, while gaining hands-on experience in all phases of project management.
What you'll need to succeed Minimum
2 years of experience
in commercial construction, ideally with exposure to
municipal or institutional projects
. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with field teams, clients, and subcontractors. Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
