About the Role: As a

Local Law 11 compliance

crucial inspections
and managing projects from
start to finish
, all while collaborating closely with
senior management
and
clients
to deliver
exceptional results
. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage
multiple
façade restoration projects
, from
planning
through to
completion
. Conduct
scaffold
and
field inspections
to ensure compliance with
NYC Department of Buildings (DOB)
regulations. Mentor junior staff
and work closely with
property owners
and
contractors
to ensure
top-tier project execution

PE
and an experienced

Qualifications: 4+ years
in
architecture
or
