HR Generalist
to join our client's growing team located in
Nashville, TN
. As the HR Generalist, you’ll be the go-to person for a wide range of HR functions. You’ll work closely with employees and leadership to ensure our HR operations run smoothly and support our company culture.
Your responsibilities will include: Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes Administering benefits and handling employee inquiries Managing employee records and HRIS data Assisting with performance reviews and employee development Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies Helping coordinate employee engagement and wellness programs Providing support for employee relations and conflict resolution
What You Bring We’re looking for someone who’s approachable, organized, and passionate about people. You’ll thrive in this role if you have: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field 2–4 years of HR experience in a generalist role Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, BambooHR, Workday) Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive mindset and a collaborative spirit
Pay Range:
starting at $25/HR, depending on experience
