About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing DOT, civil, infrastructure, or utility projects, leading teams, and delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of construction projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and contractual requirements. Manage multiple project teams, including field superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for project communications. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations. Prepare reports, forecasts, and presentations for internal leadership and clients. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices across projects.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 7–10 years of construction project management experience, preferably in DOT, infrastructure, or utility projects. Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and project teams. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, MS Project). Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel locally or regionally as required.
Preferred Qualifications: PMP certification or equivalent. Experience with underground utilities, grading, and heavy civil projects. Familiarity with safety management systems and OSHA regulations.
