and are seeking a dedicated and innovative

Immunology Scientist Researcher

. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about understanding immune mechanisms, applying state-of-the-art techniques, and contributing to impactful discoveries in both preclinical and clinical settings.

Role Summary

The Immunology Scientist Researcher will lead and support experimental immunology projects with a focus on

cell-based assays, immune modulation studies, and animal models

. The successful candidate will design experiments, manage timelines and deliverables, and generate high-quality data to advance scientific objectives in therapeutic discovery and diagnostic development.

Key Responsibilities

·

Design, conduct, and troubleshoot

in vitro and in vivo immunology experiments

targeting innate and adaptive immune responses. ·

Perform a wide range of

immunological assays

, including: Multicolor flow cytometry (surface, intracellular, and activation markers) ELISA, multiplex bead-based cytokine/chemokine profiling T cell activation, suppression, cytotoxicity, and proliferation assays Macrophage and dendritic cell phenotyping and functional assays ·

Conduct

in vivo animal studies

: Mouse model handling (tumor, inflammation, autoimmunity) Drug/compound administration (oral, IV, IP), blood/tissue collection Monitoring physiological and behavioral responses in compliance with IACUC ·

Present experimental results at internal meetings and contribute to scientific publications, grant proposals, and patent applications.

Qualifications

·

Ph.D. in Immunology, Cellular/Molecular Biology, Biomedical Sciences, or related field (Exceptional candidates with an M.S. and significant experience may be considered) ·

Minimum 2–3 years of

postdoctoral or industry experience

in immunology or related biomedical research ·

Strong expertise in

flow cytometry

,

immune cell culture

, and

murine models of disease ·

Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and mentor junior team members ·

Excellent scientific communication skills and collaborative mindset

Preferred Skills

·

Extensive knowledge of

human and murine immune systems

, including immune profiling and subset characterization ·

Experience with

clinical sample handling

, immune biomarker discovery, or translational immunology ·

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as

FlowJo

,

GraphPad Prism

,

R

, or

Python
