We are seeking a
Senior Supply & Inventory Planner
to manage end-to-end (E2E) inventory planning for North America, with a focus on supporting the Canada supply chain optimization project. This role ensures marketplace demand aligns with supply, drives efficient purchasing, and safeguards inventory health. The planner will collaborate with cross-functional partners to proactively resolve risks and ensure timely product delivery.
Key Responsibilities End-to-End Inventory Planning:
Oversee weekly/bi-weekly purchasing of finished goods, supporting Consumer x Field of Play (FoP) strategies. Supply Health Management:
Create purchase orders, adjust supply parameters, and optimize delivery timing vs. revenue opportunities. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Consumer x FoP, DSM, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Brand, and Global Supply & Manufacturing teams. Data Analysis & Reporting:
Leverage dashboards and reports to track KPIs, identify risks, and provide inventory insights to stakeholders. Problem Solving:
Proactively resolve supply chain challenges, escalating where needed to ensure timely delivery. Process Improvement:
Drive efficiency by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, refine planning tools, and enhance inventory practices.
Must Have: 5+ years of supply planning, inventory management, or related supply chain experience End-to-end retail product planning and large SKU management ERP system experience (SAP preferred) Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros) Proven ability to simplify complex data and communicate effectively
Nice to Have: Retail marketplace or end-customer management background Experience with Cognos or similar planning tools Awareness of timing-critical product delivery in retail environments High-level communication and collaboration skills
