Job Responsibilities: Oversee financial budgets, coordinate contractors, and manage the construction process from start to finish. Compile and plan budgets, cost estimates, and financial projections. Coordinate, plan, and manage schedules for contractors and subcontractors. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and trade workers on project development. Order and manage materials and equipment. Provide internal reporting and forecasting. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, building and safety codes, inspections, city guidelines, and state regulations. Perform cost estimating duties when required. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Define subcontractor scopes for contracts. Requirements: Strong understanding of the construction industry. Knowledge of local, state, and federal building code regulations. Proven ability to manage teams and multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with strict budget management. Highly organized with the ability to create and manage multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules. Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build strong relationships with team members, vendors, and clients. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction science, engineering, architecture, or related field (preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar project management role. Proficiency with project management software (Microsoft Projects, Procore, Microsoft Office Suite). Knowledgeable in fiscal management, including pay applications, change orders, and contracts.
