Key Responsibilities:
Drive the LTL strategy for ProTrans
Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, negotiating rates and securing capacity
Negotiate competitive rates for the LTL network
Ensure timely and accurate communication between carriers and internal teams
Proactively resolve service issues
Collaborate with commercial and operations teams to analyze freight trends and carrier performance
Stay current on market trends and regulatory changes
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
5–7 years of experience with an LTL carrier or 3PL, with a focus on LTL
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
