General Foreman

What You'll Do Lead and supervise crew members while promoting a strong culture of safety and accountability Train, mentor, and assign tasks to team members to maximize efficiency and skill development Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure proper execution Coordinate site activities, equipment, and subcontractors to keep projects on track Communicate regularly with property owners, tenants, and key stakeholders Monitor progress, track productivity, and report status updates to project leadership Maintain compliance with quality and safety standards at all times What We're Looking For Strong knowledge of construction practices, equipment, and procedures Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Excellent organizational and time management skills Proven leadership ability with strong communication skills Commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship Preferred Experience Previous experience as a foreman or in a supervisory role Track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget Ability to hire, train, and manage skilled crews Experience with sourcing, managing, and maintaining construction tools and equipment Why Join This Team?
