Responsibilities:
Lead design efforts from programming to construction administration.
Collaborate with firm Principals and specialized planners.
Develop building designs that meet client needs and aesthetic goals.
Ensure project quality, design excellence, and client satisfaction.
Serve as the primary client liaison for design and contractual matters.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Architecture
Registered Architect
Experience in healthcare industry projects.
Proficiency in construction document preparation and contract management.
Understanding of CPM scheduling.
