Responsibilities:

• Lead design efforts from programming to construction administration.
• Collaborate with firm Principals and specialized planners.
• Develop building designs that meet client needs and aesthetic goals.
• Ensure project quality, design excellence, and client satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary client liaison for design and contractual matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Architecture
• Registered Architect
• Experience in healthcare industry projects.
• Proficiency in construction document preparation and contract management.
• Understanding of CPM scheduling.
