A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available for the upcoming school year at a K-12 school located near Edison, NJ, close to the NJ-NY border and approximately 25 minutes from Manhattan, NY. This full-time, onsite contract role offers the opportunity to work directly within a school environment, supporting students with behavioral needs. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify behavioral challenges Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on FBA results Provide training and guidance on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to faculty members Support 2-3 classrooms, collaborating with educators and staff to enhance student outcomes Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required Experience working in school settings preferred Strong skills in conducting assessments and creating intervention plans Ability to teach ABA strategies effectively to school faculty Schedule and Location: Full-time, approximately 30 hours per week Onsite work schedule from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM Location accessible from Cliffside Park, Secaucus, Hoboken, and surrounding areas This is a contract position for the next school year with an emphasis on practical intervention and collaboration within a school community.
