An opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized support within a K-12 school setting in Arlington, TX. This contract position is designed to deliver targeted behavior analysis services on a part-time basis throughout the current school year. Key Responsibilities: Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans. Collaborate with teachers, staff, and family members to implement and monitor behavior strategies. Collect and analyze data to track student progress and adjust interventions accordingly. Provide consultation and training to educational staff to support positive behavior outcomes. Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders. Desired Qualifications: Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Experience working in K-12 educational environments preferred.
