A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is needed to support K-12 students across multiple school districts in the Sulphur Springs, TX area. This contract position offers flexible scheduling options with both full-time and part-time availability. The role focuses primarily on providing behavior assessments and classroom support to ensure effective implementation of behavior intervention plans. Responsibilities: Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students from kindergarten through 12th grade Provide ongoing classroom support and coaching to teachers and staff to promote positive student outcomes Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed to meet behavioral goals Collaborate regularly with special education teams, administrators, and families to support student success Support students and staff across eight districts, with primary focus on two main campuses; visits to other campuses will occur approximately once a month Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required Experience working with K-12 students in educational settings preferred Strong assessment and data analysis skills Ability to provide effective coaching and support to teachers and educational staff Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Flexibility to travel between multiple campuses within the service area Location: Sulphur Springs, TX and surrounding districts This position is ideal for a BCBA seeking a dynamic role that balances hands-on student work with consultation and coaching in multiple school settings.
