Construction Project Manager

Our Client is a concrete construction contractor that provides consistent and high quality concrete construction services across the southeast. They have been in business for over 60 years, and they are seeking a project executive to oversee their Raleigh division operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable developing people and partnerships, while also taking over and managing $30M+ in deliverables.
Job Responsibilities: Lead daily operations, project delivery, and estimator performance to meet margin goals. Oversee P&L, budgets, contracts, and equipment to drive divisional profitability. Maintain a high performance team through effective employee management and comprehensive training programs. Assist project Managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Assist with supervising internal field team and subcontractors. Interpret plans and estimates to support accurate bidding and project execution. Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term growth. Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures. Develop new strategies to create growth and build on existing profit. Build a culture that emphasizes safety on all levels, and enforce safety protocols in coordination with the Safety Manager across all job sites.
Job Requirements: Bachelor's in Construction management or equivalent is preferred. Associates degree with relevant experience is acceptable 10+ years of experience in construction management required. Preferred to have experience working with a subcontractor. Expertise in concrete construction is required. Proven success with divisional management, specifically through effective scheduling, cost control, safety, and work quality. High quality communication and leadership skills.
