About the Role: We are seeking an

Automated Systems Technician

to maintain and troubleshoot highly automated manufacturing lines. This role supports production schedules, executes maintenance work orders, and ensures automated equipment operates efficiently while meeting quality, cost, and delivery goals.

Indianapolis, IN (East Side) Shifts: 1st: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM 2nd: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM 3rd: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Salary:

$26–$30/hr DOE (Shift differential of $1.75 for 2nd and 3rd shifts) Benefits:

Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and repair automated equipment to minimize downtime Execute preventative maintenance orders and protocols Support Engineering in testing procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements Independently manage assigned shift and maintain production continuity Compose professional documentation, including work instructions and engineering studies Build knowledge of automated processes and maintain equipment in a validated state

Requirements: 2+ years’ experience in an automated manufacturing environment Experience with

Allen Bradley ControlLogix PLCs, Cognex Vision Systems, and Fanuc Robots

(or comparable technologies) Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, BSET, or related field preferred Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to manage time and projects effectively Professional communication and documentation skills

Skills & Competencies: Train on and master maintenance work orders and procedures linked to automated systems Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions independently Execute maintenance and testing protocols in compliance with FDA or regulatory standards Collaborate with Engineering and team members to improve equipment performance Positive attitude, technical aptitude, and understanding of automated manufacturing technology
