Fast-Growing Commercial Real Estate Investment Firm About the Role: We’re partnering with a dynamic, entrepreneurial real estate investment firm based in Aventura that’s scaling quickly and looking to hire a Transaction Coordinator to support its acquisitions and financing activity. This is a hands-on role with direct exposure to senior leadership and external partners, where you’ll oversee due diligence, coordinate closings, and play a critical role in keeping transactions on track. What You’ll Do: Manage transaction checklists and coordinate all phases of acquisitions, financings, and dispositions from contract to close Collect, organize, and track due diligence materials (title, survey, environmental, appraisal, financials, etc.) Engage and oversee third-party consultants, attorneys, and lenders to ensure timely completion of reports and documentation Serve as central liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and deadlines Prepare and review closing statements, loan documents, estoppels, and other transaction-related deliverables Ensure accurate post-closing handoff to accounting, asset management, and legal, including organization of closing binders and documentation Assist in refining and improving internal processes for transaction management What You’ll Need: 2–5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, lending, or legal/closing support Strong knowledge of title review, financing documentation, and closing procedures Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple deals under tight deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail Bachelor’s degree Compensation:

$75-95k base + bonus + benefits
