As a Property Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence and ensuring residents feel valued and supported.

Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day property operations, ensuring positive and productive resident and prospect relations. Train and supervise leasing staff to deliver high-quality marketing, sales, and apartment management services. Handle resident disputes, employee issues, and enforce property rules. Process rental applications, lease agreements, rent collections, and maintain accurate records. Collaborate on maintenance and cleaning oversight to ensure safe, clean, and well-maintained properties. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations and laws. Supervise and lead employees while fostering a positive team environment.

Must-Have Skills: Experience in property management or a related field. Strong organizational, time management, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in Word, Excel, and property management software. Physical ability to lift 30 lbs. and perform tasks involving standing, sitting, and reaching.

Nice-to-Have Skills: Previous experience with property leasing and marketing strategies. Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations. Experience in training and mentoring staff. Familiarity with maintenance and facilities management best practices. Ability to handle weekend or on-call duties as needed.
