As a Project Architect, you’ll take the lead in driving the technical development and coordination of complex healthcare and education projects from concept through construction. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and brings hands-on experience navigating the unique challenges of clinical, medical, and learning environments. You’ll play a pivotal part in shaping projects that have a lasting impact on communities.
Key Responsibilities: Manage all phases of healthcare projects, including design development, construction documents, and construction administration Lead coordination with consultants, engineers, and client stakeholders Translate client goals into responsive architectural solutions Mentor junior team members and contribute to a supportive studio culture Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
Qualifications: Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) 5+ years of professional experience, with a strong portfolio of healthcare/education work Deep understanding of healthcare codes, standards, and building systems Proficiency in Revit (required), AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
