Details:
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm
Location: Scripps Ranch
Wage: $20-$25/hr
Contract until December 1st (Could be extended based on business needs)
Duties:
Ordering final verification of employment prior to closing.
Ordering final homeowner's policies for closing.
Reviewing loan files, title reports, fees etc. to draw home mortgage loan documents.
Review signed mortgage loan documents for accuracy.
Package recording instruments for Title and direct when to record.
Assist with opening up new loan files.
Organizing documents in a virtual loan file.
Other assigned duties based on previous employment history.
Qualifications:
Highschool diploma or greater
3+ years of real estate funding/closing experience
Proficient with MS Office, Symitar, Mortgage Cadence and Imagility software
