One of Texas' premier electrical contractors is expanding its Dallas team and looking for a driven professional to manage a diverse portfolio of project's valued around $30 million. With over $500 million in projects already booked for next year, this is a rare opportunity to join a thriving business with a strong pipeline and a reputation for excellence across the healthcare, industrial, data center, and commercial sectors.
What You'll Be Doing: Leading electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships Collaborating with internal teams to ensure quality, safety, and performance standards are met Driving project delivery on time and within budget
What We're Looking For: Proven experience managing large-scale electrical construction projects ($20M+) Strong knowledge of NEC, local codes, and industry best practices Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience in one or more of the following sectors: healthcare, industrial, data center, or commercial Based in or willing to relocate to Dallas (relocation assistance provided)
