JOB STATEMENT
Provide basic customer service over the phone in a structured call center environment.
JOB FUNCTIONS
Handle incoming calls and provide information on clinic services.
Identify customer needs and assist with scheduling, call transfers, or inquiries.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic customer concerns.
Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments based on availability.
Verify insurance coverage and sliding fee eligibility.
Document and relay messages efficiently.
Respond to after-hours service messages promptly.
Assess call urgency and escalate to appropriate staff (e.g., nurses).
Perform additional tasks as directed by supervision.

: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent

Abilities:
Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language.
Ability to sit for majority of the shift.
Must be able to bend or stoop.
Must be able to lift 20 lbs. unassisted.
Must have good vision (e.g, near acuity and depth perception)
Other:
Must be able to periodically work on Saturdays and travel locally as needed.
Must maintain required immunizations.
