We design and produce collections that push cultural boundaries and resonate with a global audience. Our team thrives on creativity, precision, and collaboration, turning raw ideas into products that define the brand’s identity.

Role Description

We are seeking a Technical Designer to join our team in Los Angeles. This role bridges the gap between creative and production, ensuring that designs are accurately translated into finished garments and products. You will prepare files and tech packs for both print and cut/sew production, collaborate with suppliers, refine samples and patterns, and support the production process from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about bringing innovative streetwear products to life.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare art files for production: extract artwork from Photoshop mockups, organize files consistently, label them accurately, and select Pantone/thread colors.
  • Build print and cut/sew tech packs with detailed sizing, dimensions, garment call-outs, and specifications.
  • Assist in pattern refinement, providing feedback and notes to suppliers for sample revisions.
  • Interface with suppliers to communicate revisions, clarify technical details, and respond to production questions.
  • Collaborate with production managers to manage timelines and ensure accurate product development.
  • Create Photoshop product grids and asset layouts for seasonal drops.
  • Contribute new ideas for products, fabrics, and finishes, staying current with streetwear trends and innovations.

Qualifications
  • Proven industry experience in technical design, garment construction, or production coordination.
  • Strong portfolio of past work demonstrating technical accuracy and creativity.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Hands-on knowledge of tech pack creation, sizing, and garment construction details.
  • Familiarity with Pantone colors, threads, fabrics, and trims.
  • Excellent organization and file management skills.
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Ability to balance creativity with technical precision.
  • Experience in streetwear or fashion production is a major plus.
