Overview
Din Tai Fung North America is hiring a Barista / Expo in Seattle, WA. Location: 600 Pine Street, Seattle, WA 98101 (Pacific Place). Compensation: $22.25/hour. The Barista / Expo position is responsible for making all drinks in the Boba station, plating all the appetizer items in the Side Station, and packing takeout orders in the Packing station according to Din Tai Fung’s established recipes and SOPs. The Barista / Expo is also responsible for cleaning and maintaining all three stations, taking regular inventory, and restocking necessary items. Note: This is a Back of House (Kitchen) position.
Responsibilities
- Make all drinks in the Boba station
- Plate all appetizer items in the Side Station
- Pack takeout orders in the Packing station
- Clean and maintain all three stations
- Take regular inventory and restock necessary items
Qualifications
- Experience preferred but not required
- Open availability
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Positive and professional attitude
- Applicant must be 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to work in the United States
