Compensation: $20.50/hour

Job Purpose

The Barista / Apps position is one (1) position responsible for making all drinks in the Boba station, plating all the appetizer items in the Side Station, and packing takeout orders in the Packing station according to Din Tai Fung’s established recipes and SOPs. The Barista / Apps is also responsible for cleaning and maintaining all three stations, taking regular inventory, and restocking necessary items. Note: The Barista / Apps position is a Back of House (Kitchen) position.

Responsibilities

• Make all drinks in the Boba station
• Plate all appetizer items in the Side Station
• Pack takeout orders in the Packing station
• Clean and maintain all three stations
• Take regular inventory and restock necessary items

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not required
• Open Availability
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Positive and Professional Attitude

The Barista / Apps position is a Back of House (Kitchen) position.
