Business Analyst

My client is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join their team. You will be bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring successful project delivery in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Details: 1-contract (with opportunity to renew or become a FTE) $50 - $60 p/hour Location: 2 Days On-Site - Milwaukee, WI Responsibilities Elicit business requirements using interviews, workshops, surveys, and workflow analysis. Partner with Salesforce admins, developers, and architects to define technical vision and balance usability with performance. Facilitate requirements and data analysis sessions; model solutions based on business needs. Support QA efforts by validating requirements and participating in test execution. Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users and stakeholders. Collaborate with business partners to define milestones, scope, and deliverables. Act as project lead for small-to-medium initiatives, ensuring proper scope and team alignment. Qualifications 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a Business Analyst or Project Management capacity. 3+ years of supporting Salesforce projects preferred. Strong skills in requirements documentation, user stories, and use case writing. Knowledge of data structures, data integration, and data warehousing. Proven success in Agile environments. Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, O365).
