My client is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join their team. You will be bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring successful project delivery in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Details:
- 1-contract (with opportunity to renew or become a FTE)
- $50 - $60 p/hour
- Location: 2 Days On-Site - Milwaukee, WI
Responsibilities
- Elicit business requirements using interviews, workshops, surveys, and workflow analysis.
- Partner with Salesforce admins, developers, and architects to define technical vision and balance usability with performance.
- Facilitate requirements and data analysis sessions; model solutions based on business needs.
- Support QA efforts by validating requirements and participating in test execution.
- Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business partners to define milestones, scope, and deliverables.
- Act as project lead for small-to-medium initiatives, ensuring proper scope and team alignment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a Business Analyst or Project Management capacity.
- 3+ years of supporting Salesforce projects preferred.
- Strong skills in requirements documentation, user stories, and use case writing.
- Knowledge of data structures, data integration, and data warehousing.
- Proven success in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, O365).
