A full-time BCBA opportunity is available for the 2025-26 school year to support a third-grade student in an elementary school setting. This contract role focuses on providing individualized behavioral support and analysis to help the student achieve academic and social success.
Location: Salem, IN (Crawford County area)
Duration: Full school year (2025-26)
Setting: Elementary school environment
Responsibilities include:
Conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans tailored to the students needs
Collaborating with teachers, school staff, and families to implement and monitor these plans
Providing direct one-on-one support and ongoing data collection to track progress
Training and coaching educational staff on behavior management strategies
Ensuring compliance with school policies and educational regulations
Desired qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
Experience working in school settings, preferably with elementary-aged children
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to develop and adjust intervention strategies based on data and observations
Commitment to promoting positive student outcomes and educational engagement
