This opportunity is for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a K-12 school in Cambridge, MA for the 2025-2026 school year. The position is contract-based, district-wide, and requires 32.5 hours per week onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and oversee behavior intervention plans aligned with student needs across the district
Conduct assessments, analyze data, and modify strategies to improve student outcomes
Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to ensure consistent behavioral support
Provide professional guidance and training when needed
Present findings and recommendations to administration and stakeholders
Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred
Strong ability to manage multiple cases and collaborate effectively with school teams
Excellent communication and data analysis skills

Cambridge, MA
Onsite within the district with potential for schedule flexibility depending on program needs.
