A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is needed for a K-12 school located in Boston, MA for the 2025-2026 school year. This contract position involves providing behavior analysis services district-wide, with a commitment of 32.5 hours per week. The role is onsite, unless remote work is arranged. Responsibilities: Implement behavior intervention plans for students across K-12 grade levels Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform strategies Collaborate with teachers, staff, and administration to support positive student outcomes Provide training and guidance to educational personnel on behavior management techniques Present findings and progress updates as required Qualifications: Current BCBA certification Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and interdisciplinary teams Strong communication and presentation skills Availability for a district-wide onsite schedule, flexible if remote work is used Location: Boston, Massachusetts, onsite within the school district This opportunity is ideal for a BCBA seeking to apply applied behavior analysis techniques in an educational environment over a full academic year contract.
