An opportunity is available for a dedicated professional to support students in a K-12 school setting as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is essential in creating positive educational environments through the implementation of effective behavioral strategies.
Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Experience working with children in an educational setting, particularly with K-12 students
Strong knowledge of behavioral principles and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team

Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement and monitor BIPs
Provide training and support to school personnel on best practices in behavior management
Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to students' overall educational plans
