A K-12 educational setting in Plainfield, IL, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide full-time support during an FMLA leave. This contract position will start in mid-October and continue through the end of January, requiring onsite presence throughout the assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs and design effective interventions
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes
Provide training and support to school personnel on behavior management strategies
Track and analyze behavioral data to guide decision-making and program adjustments
Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification required
Experience working within K-12 educational environments preferred
Strong skills in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Availability for full-time, onsite work during the contract period
Location:This role requires onsite work in Plainfield, Illinois, supporting students and staff directly.
