A full-time BCBA position is available in a K-12 school district located in Georgia, serving students from PreK through 12th grade. This contract role offers the opportunity to work closely with students, teachers, and staff within an educational setting dedicated to implementing effective Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify and analyze student needs
Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans based on assessment results
Provide training and support to teachers and staff in applying ABA methods within the classroom environment
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote positive student outcomes
Monitor data and adjust interventions as needed to ensure progress
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
Experience conducting FBAs and designing behavior intervention plans
Familiarity with ABA strategies and proven ability to train educational staff
Comfortable working in a PreK-12 school setting
Flexibility in scheduling to meet district needs is preferred
