in-person school-based services

Silverdale, WA
for the 20252026 school year. The assignment includes coverage at either two or three schools, depending on placementtypically an elementary and middle school, or two small elementary schools and a middle school. Note:
This position is strictly
on-site . VOCO/remote delivery was explored and is
not
an option. Caseload/Workload Details:

Mid-50s, may reach up to 60 Workload-focused model:
Middle school students typically seen
12 times per month , not weekly Support provided:
At least
1.5 days/week of COTA support Balanced between direct services, evaluations, IEPs, and consultative support Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and consultative OT services in educational settings Conduct assessments and contribute to IEP development Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff Document services and maintain compliance with state and district guidelines Supervise and collaborate with assigned COTA(s) Qualifications:
Valid Washington OT license (or eligibility by start date) Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred Strong organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills Comfortable working across 23 school sites
