Franklin Pierce Schools is seeking a full-time
Occupational Therapist (OT)
to provide onsite support to students at the
secondary level (middle and high schools)
during the 20252026 school year. This is a 100% in-person position based in
Tacoma, WA , and is a great opportunity for a therapist who enjoys working with adolescents in an educational setting. Key Responsibilities
Deliver occupational therapy services to middle and high school students in accordance with IEP goals and district policies Evaluate students and develop individualized therapy plans Collaborate with school staff, families, and special education teams to support student success Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all reporting requirements Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning Qualifications
Valid
Washington State Occupational Therapy License Must be
fingerprinted through OSPI
prior to starting Experience working in school settings, particularly with adolescents, is preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills Additional Information
