Our Dallas headquarters is central to our continued growth, and we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and play a critical role in executing high-profile projects.
Position Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of façade and glazing projects in the Dallas region. This role requires strong leadership, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
The Project Manager will collaborate closely with senior leadership, engineers, and field teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle — from contract award through closeout — for architectural façade and glazing projects.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to maintain strong communication and partnerships.
- Supervise site execution, subcontractor performance, and quality control.
- Conduct risk management and proactively resolve project challenges.
- Lead project meetings, prepare progress reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote the company’s reputation for innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within glazing, façade, or specialty construction.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million-dollar commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of contracts, project financials, and scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive results under pressure.
- Experience in the Dallas construction market preferred.
