The ideal candidate will have prior experience in finance, banking, or sales and a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Present and sell Finance & Insurance products such as extended service contracts, GAP, tire & wheel protection, and other coverage options to ensure customers are well-protected and confident in their purchase. Secure the most competitive financing options tailored to each customer’s needs while ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and efficiently. Provide a clear explanation of all financing terms and protection options to build trust and long-term customer relationships. Manage vehicle titling, registration, and all compliance requirements in accordance with state and federal regulations. Consistently achieve sales goals for F&I products while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.
